You need to understand that the workplace has now changed. To reduce stress, should you just step away from the riot and mind your own business? Of course not!
Managing stress is not about walking away from the executive career journey. Instead, it is one that recognizes and acknowledging the stressors, and having the right attitude towards it. Know the purpose of everything you do
